Do I really want to pursue PA?
I’m getting better I feel like!Ok so I did another mini sesh of yoga after piano. I think yoga will be my new boyfriend and I’m going to do him everyday ;) Getting fit is a good thing. Alot of things I want to strengthen.. My lower back, arms, stomach, knees and ankles. :)

This video makes me realize why I need to get my body moving more.. so I don’t end up old and stiff like my mom or my grandparents.. or anyone that is old and stiff.
Seriously.. need to make working out a part of my lifestyle… not just part of my short-term fitness regimen..
Went out last night with Carolina..
and danced and drank and went through an emotional roller coaster till 2am Friday..
Woke up and my body basically did not feel good. And my muscles just felt tired and weak..
However, after 40 min of yoga, I feel like my muscles loosened up a bit. Feels good but now I feel sleepy.. and I thought exercise was suppose to wake you up.. Lol. I think my body is too relaxed now..=)
Out of shape…
and also HORRIBLE BALANCE.
A 9-minute video from Tara Stiles on youtube totally kicked my ass. TOTALLY.
Goal is to repeat her videos everyday until I get better.
I think it’s better if I watch how she does it first so I know the mechanics before I attempt it.
What was ironic was that Celeste in the movie ran a half-marathon distance to clear her mind and also was doing yoga!!!!!!
And I JUST started yoga today…. IT’S A SIGN FROM GOD… or the gods.. lol. I need to get a move on with my life because Kelvin (Jesse) already has.. like having a baby with someone else.. (probably happening anyways.. just hasn’t yet).
OMG I need to find a guy to beat scrabble in.. lol.

I don’t know why I just didn’t type out those as sentences. Instead I hashtag’d everything.. lol
It’s 7.8.13. I did myself a favor and just had a delicious vanilla whey protein pancake with honey. All that went in it was whey protein, coconut oil, one egg, and a splash of soymilk. Came out better than I expected.
I’m also adding to my breakfast a cup of blueberries and a cup of soymilk =D
Ok, so it’s about 4 pm. I cheated by eating some bites of pie and a few potato chips after having some indian marsala from costco. Yum.. chickpeas =)

Ok so now its close to 10pm. I didn’t really eat anything after cheating but finished my article for class instead. Ended up going to Be nguyen’s place and not eating anything there but a banana and like 2 french fries from Chi Hai’s place.
Then went to Costco and had some samples of protein bars and also a bite of Be Nguyen’s Hot dog. I wanted to eat pizza.. but I stayed away from it! YAY! When I got home though I went through alot of roasted pig.. with hoisin sauce and siracha.. calorie-dense but I think also nutrient dense compared to pizza =D
Didn’t get to sweat off my cheating moments earlier due to a major headache but I think I’ll be ok.
Ok, so I’ve always set up big goals before.
And I’ve never accomplished them.
Instead, I’m just going to set up small ones.
Because apparently.. that’s what I’m good at so far..
doing as LITTLE as possible .. LAZY SYNDROME.
So I did a 10 minute yoga routine..that I failed at. FINE. Will come back to it at a later time. Perhaps then I will be able to complete it without my wrists hurting.
However, I was able to complete a 14 minute body-weight cardio activity with relative ease (ok somewhat difficult).
Then to extend my duration of workout, I completed a 10 minute thigh/butt workout out that was really difficult.
In total I was able to complete about 30 minutes of working out.
So everyday, complete 10 minutes of a work out. Minimum. 10 minutes. That’s it. Let’s DO it.
Could that be a motivator?
To not be as weak as T* or R*?
Or maybe to be as strong as your current? Someone who can handle you at your worst and your best?
HA! Nigga please. She has definitely not seen your worst. You would have to lead her on twice for her to recognize what I did.
So that if I see your ass again,
YOU’ll be like “DAMN..should have had that girl on lock”.
Finish a workout routine.. no matter how long it is.
5 minutes or 15.. do SOMETHING.
I’m going to do my part in racking up my IDENTITY’S WORTH than my credit card bills.
No more eating out this month except for Carolina’s Bday.
Part of the reason why I’m chubby is because I like to spend money on eating empty calories. Only spend money on food that nourishes and not just temporarily satisfies.
Exercise more. Eat less junk food.
